In this site, I will tell you about my favorite places!!

France

Mont Saint Michael

Mont Saint Michael is located in the northen part of France.
It was originary built for worshiping arcangel Michael, and there are some mysterious legends about it.
The function was originary monastery but this function was changed several times, such as fort, jail.
However, Victor Hugo suggested to restore it into original shape, and it returned into monastery.
In this place, omlet is a one fo the special products, but it is seasoned by only salt so I don't want to recommend eating it. In adddition, it is very expensive even though it is made of just egg and salt.
maybe, it is more than 25 enros.

Grande Arche

La Grande Arche is a monument in the commercial area of La Defense to the west of Paris. It is usually known as La Grande Arche.
This building is located on the prolonged line of the Avenue des Champs-Elysees, so this architect emphasized this line by punching out a hole in a cube shape of this building.
Actually, this building was not built for triunph so we should not call it as Triumphal arch, but we Japanese often call it as a New Triuphal Arch.
In front of the New Triunphal Arch, we can see Triumphal Arch!I was very surprised at seeing this view!
I''m sorry but in this picture, Triumphal Arch is too small.
