I love American football. However, the fact is that most people in Japan don’t know any thing about football!!! That is a very sad thing. So, this site going to introduce you easy information of football.
First of All,
In the US, there are 4 most popular sports.
The forth to second places are Hockey, Basketball, and Baseball. And… the number 1 is …FOOTBALL!!!

In the football season, there are many chances to see a football games because the game of football is played on the weekends.

Friday is for the High school games.
Saturday is for the College games.
And the Sunday is for the Pro team games. The pro teams belong to an association called NFL

On the Monday night there is a only 1 match for the NFL teams. The teams who play on the day are chosen by the importance of the game for the team record or the biggest attention toward the teams.

If the rules were difficult to understand for you, you can enjoy it by watching many Entertainments in the football game.

Football is kind a big business in today. So football is connected with many entertainments.

Finally I’d like to talk about the biggest event of the football. The event is called Super Bowl. It is a championship of the NFL.

There are some reasons for why super bowl is said to be the biggest event in the US.

1^st is about the percentage of the TV audience. Amazingly the percentage is 42.6%!

Secondly the cost for the TV commercial is 2.4 million for 30 second. What a huge number!!
Now you can see how the scale of the event is big.
But there is more. In the football halftime of super bowl, there is also a big event.

It is Halftime show.

In the show you can see famous musicians’ concerts!! U2, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Prince and more famous artists have played their performances.
