Sushi is famous for one of the Japanese traditional dishes, and now there are many variety.


Nigiri (hand-shaped sushi)

This is well known style of sushi.
Small sushi rice ball with fish.

Gunkan (sushi lookes like warship)

Small cups made of sushi rice and seaweed.
Sea urchin egg and  salmon roe are common
seafood for Gunkan.

Norimaki

Sushi rice and seafood rolled up with
seaweed. Now there are variety of ingredients
such as cucumber, omelet, boiled fish paste
and so on.


Temaki (hand-rolled sushi)

Sushi  rice and ingredient ralled with seaweed by hand.
It is easiest sushi to make, and you can select your
 favorit ingredients, so you can not only enjoymaking
 but also enjoy eating it.


Oshizushi

Pressed sushi. In the wooden box, put suhi rice
and put fish on the suhi rice and from the top
press them. Salmon is very common fish.

Inari

Sushi , in which sushi rice is filled into seasoned
deep-fried tofu. If you eat it next day, it will be tastier
because rice is much harmonized with vinegar.

Chirashi

Suhi that has ingredients such as cut omlet, vegetable
and fish spread on sushi rice. It is not only tasty but
also it is nice to look.
