  • Make a smiling face every day in the morning
First of all challenges, try to do it.
You might be in the bad mood or feeling tired in the morning, but you will know how great the power of smiling is!

You should make your day the greatest one than anyday before.
To do this,  first motivation is so important.

  • Use your fingers
There are many people who have an attractive smile.
Also, there are many paople who think their smile is not so attractive.


Now, what is the difference between them??
Surely, there are no big differences except the frequency of their laughing.
As you can imagine, those who have an attractive smile laugh a lot in daily living.
If you feel you have not laughed a lot these days, facial exersise will have a great influence!




How to do it ??

  1. Use your forfingers of both hands.
  2. Touch the edges of your mouth with these fingers.
  3. Lift the edges and wait three seconds.
