Shoga-Yaki
    This is one of most popular home cooking in Japan, but this recipe is not like home cooking, but like restaurant. We cannot stop our chopsticks because of its excellent taste!


  Ingredients
Pork meet
150g
Ginger (minced)
1/2 of a tablespooful
White Wine
2 tablespoonful
Garlic
1/3 of a garlic
Sugar
1 small tablespoonful
Eggplant
 1
Onion (grated)
1 tablespoonful
Cornstarch
A little
Mixed spice
80cc
Onion (solid)
1/8 of a onion
 
  Recipe
1. Cut off the sinews of pork meet

2. Cut eggplant and sift cornstarch on the surface of eggplant

3. Bake 2 till the surface of them changes into brown (strong heat » weak heat)

4. Bake pieces of an onion (sliced in 8mm width) till their hot taste will leave.

5. In another  pan,  bake  meet.

6. Make  sauce

7. Put meet back into the pan and boil them till the sauce become a litte muddy.

8. Finally, dish them up. Put meet on eggplants and onions.

    Sift minced ginger on them.
