Carbonara   ÇcÇâÇÜÇÜÇâÇÉÇïÇåÇîÇô Level

  Ingredients                                                            

Spagetti (1.6mm)	200g	Onion	half
Whip Cream	135g	Garlic	2 pieces
Egg Yolk	2	Saffron	A little
Pancetta	20g	Mushroom/Shiitake Mushroom	3

            Recipe

1.Boil noodle (Refer Here)

2.Make Garlic Oil 
   Heat Olibe oil by weak heat  
   Add garlics (Round Slice)
   When the surface of garlics changes brown, remove them.

3.Bake pancetta and mushrooms       
    Add pancetta and mushroom to 2, and singe them.

4.Add onions
    After you certained the burn of pancetta and mushroom, add onions.

5.Make Sauce                         
    Mix Whip Cream 135g and two egg yolks.

6.Add  noodle to the pan  and  mix  sauce.

7. Sift  Black papper  and powder  cheese.
