Basic Knowledges
   Boiling Pasta to make al dente
  1 Add 30g salt into 3 litter of water

  2 Heat 1 till water comes to the boil
 
  3 During boiling pasta, you should care not to stop bubbling the water.

  4 Check pasta's hardness, and leave them when the core of pasta is still hard.
 
    (You may worry, but when you eat them, pasta will have best condition.)

     Garlic Oil
 1 Prepare much Oil ( Olive Oil is Best)

 2 Cut garlics in round slice

 3 Heat oil and before it will be hot, add 2 into oil

 4 When the surface of garlics changes brown, remove them

      Pancetta

  1 Drill the surface of the pork rib block by folk

  2 Salt Pork by a lot of salt in 3 days (I recommend you to Choose laugh salt)

  3 During 1, you should turn the container over once or twice in a day

  4 After 2 & 3 , hung out the rib block in shade in 3 days

  5 If you can see some red spots or green parts on the surface of the meet, it 

     must be failure, so I do not recommend you to eat it.
 
     Possible reason of such failure 
  1 the lack of the quantity of salt
 
2 the lack of hanging out ( If you hang it out at outdoor, I recommend you to 
     check weather.)

   Mixed spice

  1 Prepare Mirin( Japanese spice) Vinegar and Soy sauce

  2 Just mix them in the ratio of 1:1:1

    This sauce can be often used for both Japanese and Chinese dishes.

  Herb Crumb

  Just mix some kinds of herbs and crumb. We can use it in many case, so I  
   recommend this
