Dr. Mark Greene (Anthony Edwards)
He is a very good doctor and a serious man. He has some responsibility in the ER as a chief resident or a staff doctor. Many people confide in him, but he was sometimes in desperation. In the 3rd season, he tried to go out with three women at once, but they gathered at the ER by chance. Then, he was thrown over by all of them.
Dr. John Carter (Noah Wyle)
He was a medical student in the first season, and he has been a doctor since the beginning of the third season. He is a scatterbrain and a cheerful person. He change girlfriend at least once a year, but he rarely have an affair. In the third season, he operated on Dr. Benthon for appendicitis. He seems progress very much for this three years. He want to be a surgeon, but Dr. Benthon doesnﾅft let him surgery much.
Dr. Susan Lewis (Sherry Stringfield)
She is my favorite character. She has a sister who makes many troubles. One time, her sister bore someone a girl baby, but she could not be a good mother. She had gone somewhere, so Susan started taking care of her niece. She even tried to adopt the baby, but the sister came back with her husband, and everyone can see that she have retrieved herself. She left the ER now, but I saw the package of the later seasons where Susan is. Iﾅfm looking forward to seeing her again in the ER.
Dr. Douglas Ross (George Clooney)
He is a pediatrician in the ER. He is very serious and kind to his patients. Sometimes, he got a trouble because he got angry to the parents who harts their children. He was a woman chaser, but he seems after his one-night stand died in the ER.
Dr. Perter Benthon (Eriq La Salle)
He is a surgeon in ER, and the instructor of Dr. Carter. He is an ambitious resident having big self-confidence. He is severe toward both of himself and others. He is very good at the skill of the surgery, but he cannot take care of the patients well.
Carol Hathaway (Julianna Margulies)
She is the head nurse in the ER. She seems to have no luck for man. She had gone out with Ross, but they broke up. Also, she associated with other doctor in the hospital, and they were going to hold the wedding, but they broke up at that day. In the third season, she made a mistake and killed a patient. He could die because of the bleeding, but she blamed herself very much.
